By accessing the fliv5 platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and fliv5.

Fliv5 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

Only the following individuals are eligible to use fliv5's services: (a) those aged 18 or above; (b) those in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted; (c) those operating an account in their own name and not on behalf of any third party.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account on fliv5. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be closed at any time, and any funds held may be forfeited. Only one account per person is permitted.
